Redken Brews Anti-Dandruff Shampoo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally use Head & Shoulders, so when I had the opportunity to review this shampoo, I was excited. I have used this shampoo everyday since I received it, and I am happy. It has a nice soft scent to it, and it does not take much to get a good lather going for my head. Actually, I also have full beard and use it on my face as well. It leaves my hair nice and soft, and my scalp has been doing well, no flakes.

Not what i expected, i love the clean fresh scent, my scalp feels great my body isnt dry from the use like my other dandruff shampoos, my hair is soft i smell great not like medicine... i love Brews Dandruff Shampoo. New fan right HERE.... plus my my beard and mustache feel great and soft too, no more flakes....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mixed review on this shampoo so here we go. First the positive part. This shampoo was absolutely great for helping with dandruff and worked perfectly. I loved the smell and the feel on my head and left me dandruff free as advertised. And now the negative. I don't like the look of the bottle as it kinda looks like a condiment bottle and would worry about a child trying to eat it if I had kids which I don't. My second complaint is that squeezing the bottle to get product out just about requires you to be a weightlifter. Very hard to squeeze the bottle. But all in all I would recommend this product to all as it performs as advertised, smells great and gets the job done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this shampoo. It smells great and leaves your hair feeling soft and clean. My bottle was sort of defective, the top didn't open properly and you had to hold it open manually while you squeezed. I've never used a shampoo that requires shaking before using so that seemed weird but maybe it's because I use the cheap stuff. This definitely does the job and smells great but I'm not sure it's really worth the price (hence the 3 star "good" rating). I got it free to test and submit a review. I'd buy it if it were on sale and I recommend it but it's a bit pricy to me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Redkin Brews Anti-dandruff shampoo from Bzzagent recently and I have to tell you I love this product! After receiving it I got to work trying it out. The bottle is interesting. Sort of reminds me of a bottle of beer which makes sense considering it's called a "brew". I pushed the cap open and smelled the shampoo. It had a pleasant lite scent. I was surprised when I began to portion it out for my hair at how thick the shampoo was. After callously the instructions I rinsed it out. I was impressed. Not that I like talking about it, but I have had issues battling my dandruff. After using this product I had significant drop in flakes. I have continued using this shampoo every since and will be buying more soon. I highly recommend this shampoo if you have issues such as mine! Redkin Brews Anti-dandruff shampoo is awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shampoo has a nice smell to it. I've used it for a few weeks and have found that it works pretty well. It does dry out my hair a bit, but it does help with my dry scalp. I have used it intermittently throughout the week along with conditioner and have found that my hair stays healthy and also less oily than the previous shampoo I have been using. Only reason for 4/5 is the slight dryness feeling after using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shmpoo has the same effect as T-Gel. BUT better! Smells much better, clears the dandruff in a week after no shampoo/conditioner to try it out. Softer hair... Give it a try. I hope you like it as much as I did. One side note: My Wife isn't a fan of mint smells... That was a compromise...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Redkin Brews come in a beer bottle shape. Hence the fun name. I use the shampoo once a week to make sure I have no dandruff. It froths up well and has a very creamy and soft head. The shampoo has a medicine smell to it. It would be nice if there was a more manly fragrance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It makes your hair soft. This product looks the same but its a world apart. Pretty strong stuff so try it if you have dandruff issues. I've used it sparingly since I don't have an acute problem but have definitely seen a difference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was honestly skeptical of Redken Brews, since it the container is shaped like a beer bottle and didn't seem like enough. I typically buy much larger bulk containers. The first day I used a typical amount I'm used to with other brands, but quickly realized I had too much. A small amount of shampoo did the job. My daughter has really bad dandruff, so I asked her to try it too. After the first use we both noticed a significant difference, and after a month of use we still have a lot left (if you look at the bottle we are at where the bottle flares out at the top). I will definitely buy this bottle in the future, but unfortunately for the company it won't be very often because of how efficient it is. And if anyone asks I'll recommend this product to friends and family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed the peppermint smell of this shampoo. Most anti-dandruff shampoos have an unpleasant smell. The thickness of the shampoo was smoothing on the scalp. I did notice less dandruff and itchiness. It did not eliminate the dandruff altogether, yet I believe my scalp did favorably improve with this shampoo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This one is not my favorite anti dandruff shampoo. The appearance of the bottle pretty plain. I don't know if it's supposed to look like a beer bottle since brews is in the tittle, but it's ugly. I have used this a few times a week, and it has not worked for me. That being said the smell is gender neutral, and smells just like the barbershop I go to. You can also feel the menthol in it, and it is so very soothing on the scalp. Just because it didn't work for me doesn't mean it wouldn't for someone else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this shampoo for a couple weeks, on and off. First thing I noticed was the shape and sturdiness of the bottle. I didn't like it at first because it was unnecessarily difficult to pour some shampoo out, but after I shook it like the instructions said, the shampoo came out fine. I would like to say that not many people would read these instructions so maybe change the design of the bottle. Other than that, the shampoo smelled fine and it felt nice to lather in my hair. But I still have dandruff despite the times I've used this product.

I was disappointed that this shampoo was not more effective at treating the itching and flakes associated with dandruff. It did smell pleasant, though! But an appealing scent is not enough to persuade me to switch from what I normally use that seems more effective.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start, I've had issues with dandruff and itchy, dry scalp for a while now. I've even had to get a prescription strength shampoo for it. Normal I use another anti-dandruff shampoo. Comparing this shampoo with the other brand I usually use, they both have the same active ingredients. Price comparison, I noticed that this shampoo cost a little more than the other name brands that are more commercially known. When I first switched shampoos, I noticed that for the first week or 2 that my head was itching a lot and I had flacking scalp. Since then, I have noticed that the itching and flaking have stopped. This product does work. I have not been using this product long enough to say if there are other visual benefits to my hair because of this shampoo. My end opinion is that this is a good product that does work. The shampoo does smell good and my hair feels clean and soft.
