If you are looking to improve the quality, restore elasticity and improve the overall look and feel of your hair this is the ONLY product to use. Do not waste money on inferior products as this truly bonds the hair strand and delivers results. I used to let it sit when in the shower but I prefer to leave it in longer 20 minutes while I do other things and it lasts longer during the week.

My hair is very dry and frizzy. Acidic bonding helps to keep it in check, I use it regularly to keep my hair manageable. I try other brands of pre-shampoo and post conditioning products that say they bond though I keep coming back to this. Worth a try to see if it's for you.
