Color Extend Blondage Conditioner

Decent conditioning, leaves hair soft, but not the absolute best at detangling like the Acidic Bonding Complex... still good stuff!

I asked a friend how she kept her hair so shiny and healthy. She told me Redken. I HAD dry, frizzy hard to handle blond and gray shoulder length hair. Instead of getting compliments close friends often suggested I go with a, “short hair style”.Two years later I’m telling you Redken Blondage Shampoo and conditioner has been a major hair changer for me! My hair is down to my bra strap and I get compliments often on my hairs shine and health.

But after using it and rinsing out, it left my hair silky smooth, considering this is a purple conditioner. It also toned my highlights. I was really impressed because it did not overly dry my hair like most purple hair products do.

This is great to use once a week to brighten your blonde colored hair. It removes the brassiness in your hair and leaves it fresh and new looking.

And like every other purple toning conditioner I have ever tried, it was pointless. I received this product to write a review of it with my honest opinion so therefore I am. This was decent with conditioning my hair, but also because I am a blonde, I need it a lot more moisturizing. I felt like it would be more beneficial for more short or thin hair verses long or thick. I didn't find it very hydrating.

It perfectly condition my hair without making it look greasy or feel greasy. It made my blonde highlights pop without turning them orange. I will definitely be buying this again.

This product helps me stay brighter longer! The smell is great, it's easy to use, and I even like the blttkes. It smells great. My hair is naturally dark brown. I bleach it to platinum blonde so it's obviously damaged. I like to comb my conditioner through in the shower. I had a hard time doing that with this. It wasn't as soft I would of like after using. It would be great for someone with less damaged hair. I do recommend their shampoo and mask.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the scent and the results from this line of haircare products! It's been awhile since I have used a violet toned shampoo/conditioner. I did read the directions before using and decided not to use gloves as advised. They just aren't convenient to use when showering. The conditioner is a much lighter shade of violet than the shampoo. So, the tint left on my hands from the shampoo mostly came off when conditioning. Follow the directions and you won't be disappointed! I would recommend leaving on for the minimum time recommended to see how your hair reacts at first. Mine was left smelling great, soft and with a beautiful tone to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed about the product was that it smells amazing! After using the Redken blondage shampoo I used this conditioner. Once again the product feels great in my hair. I left it on for a few minutes and rinsed. Try not to put directly on scalp or skin as it will stain. The product is very pigmented so I would recommend using with gloves and washing your shower or bathtub right after, left my hands and shower slightly purple. But it did it's job and removed the brassiness from my hair in just one use! Super impressed. I would definitely recommend these products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If there's one thing I hate, it's yellow of any kind in my hair! I am a long time user of purple shampoo/conditioner/masks. The majority of the time I either cannot get all of the yellow out of my hair, or the items leave my hair patchy (light purple patches where the hair is more porous) and usually very dry. While the Blondage shampoo is very pigmented (and amazing), the conditioner is a lighter purple, which I love as it is not too much dark purple, which sometimes leaves a purple tinge to the hair. This conditioner is very hydrating and leaves my hair super soft after using, not to mention a beautiful silver (in combination with the shampoo). My hair color looks so much more even and smells amazing. It's much smoother, less dry and feels so soft.

The conditioner adds precious violet pigments to blonde hair to gently remove brassy and yellow tones from the hair and give it a healthy and natural looking color to make it look beautiful and bright again. The conditioner also makes the hair soft to the touch and easy to comb through, which is very important for my long hair that I often struggle with to detangle.
