I love that this helps strengthen hair to prevent any split ends or breakage, it smells amazing, and leaves the hair feeling soft and conditioned

Seems to give good heat protection and somewhat tames my frizzy hair in the Florida summer humidity.

If you have fine/color-treated-hair this leaves you stiff and not-at-all silky. I switched to Kerastase 6 and 7, and got amazing results.

I very frequently use heat on my hair and usually use a spray or serum for heat protection but have not used a cream product before. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of my now holy grail items. (I received this item for free for the purpose of a review, but this is a sincere, and honest review.). This was a game changer for it. My hair for days later has been healthier and softer then it was before and I have curly and frizzy hair. This product has kept my hair from frying and drying out. You need to apply it to damp hair, bit what is in it makes it so you can straighten your hair easy even while still wet . My hair was soft and nourished after this. The texture is creamy and it soaks right in. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Redken Extreme Long leave in conditioning thermal treatment is extremely moisturizing, left my hair soft and smells great days afterwards applied to wet hair and blow dried my hair. I am African American with 4c hair and detangling was less of an hassle, and lessened amount of hair loss when blow drying. Live in a very humid climate and did not experience frizzy hair before my next application. Will definitely purchase this product again.

I used to tried the shampoo and conditioner at the same line , they're ok But with this product, it makes my hair more dry and hard to comb. Just tried it for 3 days and have to stop. The smell similar to shampoo and conditioner, nothing difference but the texture is more thick.

I have 2C hair that is dry and damaged, and I did feel like this product did a decent job of making my waves/curls a little more defined and more protected from diffusing with a hair dryer. I did not really feel like the product really hydrated my hair at all, but I think maybe I need to use more product and see if that would help. I would recommend for curly/wavy hair, but I think this product should be used with other products if you're looking for more hydration.

I have been using this product along with the shampoo and conditioner for about a month and a half and I love using all three products together. Not only is it a leave in that will help to protect with breakage, but it is a heat protectant as well. One thing that I love about this leave in treatment is that it doesn't weight down my hair or leave it feeling greasy like other products do. I will continue to use and purchase this product.

I used it for a few days and saw my hair become less dull and it not only looked but felt healthier too. This treatment works great for those who have dry brittle hair or simply want to repair it once in a while. The leave-in is the best part! Redken is an amazing brand and they have every product for every hair type. This products smelled great, worked wonders, and felt amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i use this after washing and conditioning my hair, and i use a t3 styling brush to blow dry my hair after applying this leave in treatment. it makes my self-blowout very sleek and it stays smooth so i can keep the style for a few days. i love how moisturizing it is and i prefer this over color wow which dries my hair out.

I received this item for free to review at the perfect timing. I've never used heat protectant when blow drying my hair and have been using this. I noticed that my hair didn't feel as damaged after and less frizzy. There was also more hydration then without it. I am trying the whole set so it could be the whole set working together.

This product helps protect hair from heat damage from hair drying and styling. My hair is long, wavy and frizzy. It is very dry and gets splitting at the end. I always blow dry my hair so it makes my hair even worse. I decided to add the Redken extreme heat protection treatment to my hair care routine. After washing my hair with Redken Extreme shampoo, I use conditioner to massage my hair for 2-3 minutes before rinsing. Then, I apply the heat protection hair treatment before blow dry my hair. I keep this routine 2-3 times per week. After a few weeks, I have noticed some improvement on my hair. The damage from heat has been reduced. My hair feels really soft, and shiny. The hair treatment helps to detangle my hair with the brush easily. I really enjoy the light smell of it. Overall, I am satisfied with the results.
